Historians report that the coffee came from the mountains of Ethiopia. Since its arrival, the fact that the fruit of the coffee tree, when transformed into a drink, increased energy and scared away sleep was noted. The feat was initially popular among the Arabs and reached Europe through Italy.

The coffee tree is a plant with a humid tropical climate, with mild temperatures, between 18º and 22º. , perfect for your plantation, as it does not support frost and has impaired development at temperatures above 30º. With a shrubby size of 2 to 4 m in height and continuously growing, the coffee tree soon arrived in America at the time of the great navigations. In Brazil, the North region was the first to receive it, but it soon reached the Southeast and South.

Coffee has its variations, forms of production, among other important points, to be prepared for consumption.

Coffee is a beverage appreciated all over the world, being known mainly for its stimulating power.

Currently, Brazil stands out as the largest producer and exporter of coffee on the entire planet.

Coffee production is divided into 8 main stages:
Planting, Harvesting, Fermentation, Drying, Tasting, Roasting, Grinding, Preparation.

The habit of drinking coffee, provided it is in moderate doses (4 to 5 cups of 50 ml per day), does not pose risks to the body, on the contrary, it provides several benefits. Among the reasons is its nutritional richness, with emphasis not only on caffeine, famous for its stimulating effect, but also for its high concentration of polyphenols – antioxidants that prevent, or at least reduce, the action of free radicals, which impair cell balance . According to recent scientific discoveries, coffee has several properties that contribute to disease prevention and well-being.
